Networking - CCNA
Computer Networking is the topic I am most interested in.
I hold the Cisco Certified Network Associate certification.
This certification covers the following topics:
- Network Fundamentals
- Network Access
- IP Connectivity
- IP Services
- Security Fundamentals
- Automation and Programmability
This certification has covered 7-10 IST Option 6: Networking Systems, to a very high degree. It has also covered Option 5: The Internet and Website Development.
Networking - CCNP Enterprise
I am currently studying for the Cisco Certified Network Professional certification.
I have chosen the enterprise track with a specialisation in Cisco Enterprise Network Design. As I am yet to work in real-world enterprise networks and so I have chosen the design concentration as it focuses more on fundamental concepts and “why’s”.
Linux and Programming
I have some experience using Python for Linux, networking, app development and scripting. I also have some experience writing and interpreting HTML, CSS and JavaScript for web-development. I have used Solidity and the Web3.js library to support an NFT minting project.
I regularly use Linux and the Bash shell and have worked with many distributions, including, but not limited to: Ubuntu, Kali, Mint and Arch.
This covers 7-10 IST Option 8: Software Development and Programming.
